Walking distance to all of the Clackamas Community College campus, winco is right down the road, and plenty of good eats. In-house washer and dryer, and full kitchen with an island. There is Garage parking available for an additional $100/month other than that there is plenty of street parking. There is a potential 2nd room coming available, it’s smaller than the master and has a walk-in closet. the bathroom is shared with myself. Couples are welcome it just won’t let me pick it. Cats and Dogs welcome, but the pet fee is $400 at signing, and $35 a month after that.

I’m a working professional and am working Mon-sat Im gone early morning and back around 5pm most days, I’m a quiet person, and don’t make a lot of noise. I have a cat who stays in my room a majority of the time. I am looking for someone who is reliable and clean, pets are okay but there is a pet deposit fee, that you will have to pay. The Lease is up at the end of February. if you want to extend the lease at that time, we can figure things out.
