Connie's room

This is my home, I am looking for someone to share it that is respectful, honest, drug free (pot too) and would hopefully go into long term. The bedroom and bathroom are furnished and separated from the rest of the house by a hallway with a doorway at each end. One enters the house, the other the garage. Kitchen and laundry is available for your use as is the rest of the first floor and outdoor areas including BBQ. The 300 is a cleaning deposit which would be returned if left clean and ready for move in. An additional security deposit may be necessary depending on the outcome of credit check.

I have a very friendly 180lb mastiff and cats that live here, you should probably not have allergies. I prefer someone who does not work at home as I do and it gets noisy with two of us. There are no overnight guest allowed. you will need to pass a credit check, criminal background and show proof of income.
