Fully furnished room in between downtown Meridian and The Village.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen, with gas stoves, and plenty of cookware and spices. There’s a washer and dryer downstairs to use, along with an oled smart tv with plenty of subscription services. The internet here is fiber optic gigabit with a mesh wifi network, so speeds should be more than enough.

The room is upstairs and to the right across the master bedroom, and comes with a private bath. It’s also furnished with a king sized bed with blackout blinds + curtains along some dressors. There’s a parking space inside the garage for you, or one available out front. The house is dog friendly, though the neighborhood has a strict leash law.

I’m a software engineer working from home, and a college student. I’m trying to fill a spare bedroom I have, and my roommate works retail. We both keep to ourselves for the most part and are generally quiet.

I’m looking for someone who is similarly a quiet person. Please try to be respectful of us roommates after dark, as I work on east coast time and my roommate works opening shifts. 6-month lease. Signed lease agreement will be needed. The HOA will end up needing a copy of it. No smoking or vaping inside the house please, garage and patio are fine, that includes any 🌲
