Lovely Downtown Cotati 4 Bedroom 3 Bath Home

We have an spacious room with a large built-in closet and outdoor access for rent starting October 1st.

We are close to Sonoma State, walking distance to downtown Cotati and Oliver’s. There are currently three of us, and one very sweet cat, Squeaks. However, we prefer that there be no further pets. Our age range is 21-32. We are looking for someone around our age and this living arrangement is perfect for another student at SSU. The common area is lovingly appointed, and the open room will be empty, and ready for your furnishings.

Costs: $1000/month rent $1200 deposit Utilities are about $100/month
