One bedroom for rent in our home. All of the pictures of the inside of the house is the bedroom for rent and the downstairs you will be able to use for TV and to hang out. Rent is $900 a month and a $250, non refundable cleaning fee. All utilities are included, as well as cable and internet. Casual Drinking and 420 is ok, No drugs. It’s a great summer house for bbq and fun.

My husband and I are both 65. We are very active and love camping, hunting, quads and fishing. My husband and I both work Mon - Fri, so house needs to be quite after 11pm on Weekdays. I do smoke cigarettes so that needs to not be a problem.
