Hello! My friend is moving out of state after 2 years tenancy in my basement so I am looking to fill his space. Quiet neighborhood, right off of 53 so easy access to Spokane and CDA. Huge yard great for dogs. Large driveway with a shop and access to tools. Entire basement is private except for once a week when I need to do laundry (we can figure that out.) Three rooms, private bathroom and shower, approx 700sq. feet. Public park just down the street and great hiking and dirt biking trails up Mt. Rathdrum on the other side. Shared access to kitchen and fridge although feel free to put a mini fridge and microwave downstairs. Ziply fiber is available if you WFH or need the speeds but I’m currently on Spectrum. Utilities included in rent unless you are going super overboard with the washing machine or shower or have 20 space heaters. I understand sometimes life gets difficult so flexible on payment date for rent as long as it gets paid eventually. My mortgage stays the same and so will your rent so you don’t have to worry about me jacking it up after a year. I like dogs, don’t have one of my own but would love if you brought yours, big or small as long as they aren’t going to eat the drywall off the walls. Cats and other pets also welcome as long as they are chill. I’m the only other person living here, I live upstairs. I’m 24/male I work in telecommunications/construction. I work a lot, don’t party much, sometimes will have friends over for a BBQ. I don’t drink or smoke. On my days off I work on my trucks or go hiking, camping, church on sunday etc. Pretty low key kinda guy.
