Candace's room

I live in a single family home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The person moving in will have their own bathroom. The bedroom is furnished and the third bedroom is my work office. I am doing this to generate a little more income. My home is a newer build and I live in a quiet neighborhood across from the TPD. Utilities are included in the price.
