Large furnished room in a private house with pool, in a quiet gated community. The lot is on a lake. The neighborhood is great for walking and biking. There is a golf course up the street. Close to beaches, shopping, and dining. Rent includes kitchen privileges, washer and dryer use, internet, cable tv, utilities, parking, central air, use of living room and great room, pool and lanai. Room has a king size bed, TV, large closet, chair, dresser and night stands. The living room has a gas fireplace and a baby grand piano. The bedroom is located in a hallway with two bedrooms that can be closed for privacy. The bedroom has ample closet space and there is a front hall closet for coats. Some clothing overflow can be placed in the guest room closet. Private detached bathroom is large with storage and a walk in shower. The bathroom may occasionally be shared by a guest for a short stay. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a gas top stove. Water is heated by gas. House has a pool with a large screen enclosure and a large lanai, exercise bike and gas grill. The pool is not heated. Parking in the driveway and no vehicles are allowed on the street overnight. Additionally, the community does not allow overnight: trucks, motor homes, any type of trailer, and no advertising on vehicles. Boxes can be stored in the garage attic. No pets. No children. No couples. No smoking. No overnight guests. Renter will be responsible for cleaning their room and bathroom. Towels will not be provided. I have a new sheet set that can be used. The renter will provide their own toilet paper and tissues. Renter will be responsible for cleaning the kitchen after use.

The room can be rented on six to twelve months basis. A security deposit of $1,000 is required. Owner has the right to give a 30 day notice if things are not working out. Rent is due on the 1st of the month.

Single female. Non smoker. Home most of the time. Quiet and reserved. Likes the house kept organized and neat. Currently studying for certification exams so I will be in my office most of the time. I have a very friendly hypoallergenic Maltese who loves attention.
