This house has an incredible amount of storage with an additional garage. Driveway with plenty of street parking as well. Quiet, sweet neighborhood with 5 minute walk to downtown Milwaukie w/ food carts, coffee shops and a max station. Garden space!!
The room is about 163 sq. feet and has a full sized closet. Rent is $700 - includes trash and water, tenants pay wifi and electricity.
Must be clean, responsible and courteous of other tenants who sometimes work nights and sleep during the day. LGBTQIA+ honor and respect is a requirement.
