Hiiiii! Lovely 3 bed / 2 bath house in Encinitas! It’s an open concept house with a HUGE backyard, 2-car garage, living room AND family room on one of the cutest streets in Encinitas. 5 minutes to the beach, right next to Trader Joe’s and Sprouts, and a really cute neighborhood. The house was just remodeled, so everything is brand new - floors, appliances, paint, cabinets, etc.

About us: Two professional gals in our late 20s / early 30s. We both work full-time jobs (one in-office and one hybrid). Outside of work we enjoy everything that north county has to offer - being active (beach volleyball, running, tennis, pickleball, yoga, etc.), going out to new restaurants, traveling, and hanging with friends.

About you: Looking for a professional male or female (no couples, sorry!) who lives a similar lifestyle. We want someone that we enjoy spending time with and vice versa 😜

Ideally looking for someone to move in on October 1st or asap. We can be flexible for the right person. It would be a year lease (open to 6 months), pets approved on a per-case basis, and good credit score so that we know you’ll pay rent on time lol.
