This townhouse includes a large rooftop deck with a fantastic view of the mountains, in-unit laundry, modern stainless steel appliances in the kitchen (the kitchen includes a sizable island so lots of room if you love to cook), fiber internet in every room and wifi. Great street to live on to meet up with friends and to go out for drinks/food, while at the same time pretty peaceful.

*** Bills split, about $50-$70 every month per person depending on the season. Some furniture can be made available if you want it, otherwise the room will be cleared out for you!

*** Lease starts October 1st, one year. It is encouraged to stay the full term, but if “life happens”, you are not bound to stay, we would simply look for a replacement and amend the lease!

Dogs welcome, but have to be approved by the owner, and comes with additional pet fee. Sorry, no cats :(
