Hi! I live in a two bedroom two bathroom apartment in north Asheville on the edge of woodfin! Rent is $1,250 a month, so split it’s around $625 per person. With utilities you’re looking at around $725 per month. The apartment is fully furnished besides the second bedroom. The second bathroom would be completely your own and is right across the hall from the bedroom. There’s an in unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, private patio, and wood burning fire place. There is a bus stop right outside the complex if transportation is an issue. I do have two cats and a dog, so unfortunately no more cats and dogs. The complex however allows caged animals.

I work full time in the food and beverage industry. I’m a 26 year old female with a degree in political science from UNCA. I can be quite introverted, and enjoy a peaceful home. I can be a little on the messy side, but I work to keep the common spaces clean! I have a 4 year old beagle and border collie mix, a 15 year old tabby cat, and a 2 year old calico.
