Climbing Ivy Drive

I have two back bedrooms on the third floor with a full tub/shower bathroom in the hallway upstairs. Access to kitchen and main level with an eight foot pool table. Large deck with grill, washer and dryer in laundry room downstairs including full size freezer. I have a seven year old German Shepherd and an eleven year old Rat Terrier. There is also a Yellow Nape Amazon parrot that will be 32 years old in January. The critters can be loud once in awhile but are friendly. Full size bed would fit with furniture in the smaller bedroom and a queen size with furniture in the middle bedroom. One parking spot and at the end of the street overlooking trees in the front and back. There is a train track approximately several hundred yards in the back.

I am seventy one years old and refer to my place as the Zombie Zoo. No tobacco products inside the property as I have COPD. There are no other humans here.
