The home is in a safe, convenient area close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and major roads. Pool and yard maintenance are professionally handled, so the home stays comfortable and stress-free year-round.

About me: easygoing, clean, respectful, and social but low-drama. I enjoy cooking, fitness, travel, and going out occasionally. Looking for someone similarly responsible, considerate of shared space, and with stable income.

About the roomies

I’m very responsible & clean. I like common areas to be kept clean. I’m very respectful & easygoing as long as you give me the same respect in return. I love to just hang out by the pool & enjoy cooking. I love exploring & traveling & going out dancing sometimes. The beach isn’t far at all and the neighborhood is beautiful with everything right around. Centrally located to basically anything. As long as you are CLEAN, RESPONSIBLE, PAY ON TIME, easy going & respectful, Then we should get along just fine :)
