I just bought a house in Ahwatukee and will be living there with one of my guy friends. We are looking for one more cool male/female to join us.

The house is in a quiet subdivision within a short walk of all major stores and amenities. It is within a 15 minute drive to ASU, Sky Harbor Airport, Intel, and more. The main cross roads are 48th street and Ray Road.

You would share a bathroom with Gilbert, who is very clean and still easygoing. Utilities would be split three ways every month and estimate between $80-125 depending on time of year.

We are ideally looking for someone available around October 5 but willing to wait until November or potentially even later to find the right person.
