Hi! Current have a beautiful room for rent in Spring, Texas 77373. It is a large furnished room with private bathroom. Utilities for electricity are $60. Street parking in safe, quiet neighborhood.

I am hoping to find a tenant who is respectful, quiet, and kind. Preferably looking for a female tenant. But still open for a male. No couples or pets. There is no smoking in the house, however there is a huge backyard with sitting.

The current roommate is a disabled occupational therapist. She has a small emotional support dog. They both say out of the way.
