Private room in a beautiful house on a very quiet neighborhood in the heart of Rowland Heights. Safe, gated neighborhood with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby within 10 minutes drive, 15 minutes to get to CAL STATE UNIVERSITY OF FULLERTON, 7 minutes access to 60 E and W freeway, 15 minutes drive to 57 S and N freeway access. -$1000 is upfront deposit for security and will return back if you decided to end the rent. -Required $250 upfront for a cleaning fee. -Minimum 6months stay, long term preferred. -Room is furnished with a bed.
