Total of 3 rooms available Room 1 is $800: Fully Furnished with brand new private bathroom. Barn door and marble tile bathroom. Room 2 and 3 are $700 each: Fully furnished 10x13 rooms for rent. Utilities all included. New flooring, fresh paint, ceiling fan and much more. U will share a bathroom with occupants renting the other room.

General Info: All new flooring and fresh paint. Owner lives on property. Common areas include a kitchen, screen porch overlooking lake, washer and dryer, and you can have one parking spot. Must pass a background and no evictions so there is a required $100 application fee. Proof you can afford rent is needed. 1 month security and 1st month rent is required to complete the lease. Lease can be 6 month or 1 year. $50 is required for mattress protective cover.

Owner is female and is retired but still works part time in hair industry. Quiet and enjoys staying busy. Renting out rooms is to help with mortgage and bills. Currently haven’t rented out other rooms so no other roomies to describe.
