15 x 12 ft room in a second floor apartment in oceanside; near goat hill park. located in a gated complex with multiple laundry rooms on site, a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and lots of street parking. two miles from the beach and ten minutes away from multiple grocery stores, target, and a variety of restaurants.

looking for a roomie to join me and my dog yuki. i enjoy occasionally hosting dinner parties, movie nights, live music, painting, trying new restaurants, and going to the pool/beach. i work from home four days a week so i’m home quite a bit and like to keep things nice and tidy.
