West Chester. I have a private bedroom with private bathroom. Recently separated and that’s cost a decent chunk of change to acquire the house. Looking for a roommate for a couple of years to help pay off the loan.

Me and two boys part time. Three bedroom house. Looking to rent out the master bedroom with private bathroom. Easy going. The kids are there a couple night a week and every other weekend. Recently divorced and it was rather pricey to buy out the house. So I’m looking for a roommate for a couple years to help pay off the loan.
