i’m a 70 yr old retired software developer widower since aug 2022. Children live out of state. spend time watching tv, on the computer or at the pool. Also enjoy cooking and in the past cooked a communal dinner 2-3 times a week expecting it to be reciprocated in kind or with assistance with any additional needed groceries. I’m seeking a roommate not a border. you will be expected to be an active participant in the home meaning help with gardening, cleaning and being social. guests are welcome during the day but overnight would need to be discussed. if guests are present during meals they are welcome to stay and partake. if it makes a difference i am able to hold a conversation in spanish. and with a lot of assistance perhaps in russian (its been 30 yrs). I hoften can pick up the gist of a conversation in Tagalog but not speak t at all
