Crystal's room

Hi there! I have a room available. Its a duplex with 3b3b. There is parking and a garage. The deposit includes first and last month. There is onsite laundry, but we only have a washer right now. Hoping to chip in for a dryer, but the neighbors are my family so we can totally use theirs. The masters is taken but the other two arent officially claimed and the bathroom is shared. Its ready to go on October 1st. I would really like to meet up beforehand and figure everything out, but also get to know each other :)

I am 22f and my friend is 22f. I graduated from fgcu and working full time. My other friend ive known for a long time but shes isnt fully committed to the place so two rooms could be available. :)
