This is a year old 2 story home. I am renting one room out of 3. Shared bathroom( only me when I would like to take a bath). You would be the second tenant in the room. The room is unfurnished but can be furnished.( $15 additional). In the laundry room , I have for your convenience a microwave, convection oven and an Instant Pot. The small compact Fridge is in the laundry room. All utilities are included except for cable. Please no smoking in the home. Outside is fine. No pets, I care for my elderly handicap dog, and only ONE PERSON… No overnights or couples. The home is very close to the 215 fwy. Close to all kinds of shopping. Must work outside the home.
No credit or background needed. Only a simple application , photo ID , and proof of income.

I am a semi retired self employed female. I give my tenants all the respect , space and common courtesy. Pretty friendly I’ve been told, love my pets. Also a workaholic senior that works night shift.
