This townhouse is located inside NCSTATE centennial campus, very accessible to NCSTATE, downtown & Glenwood. Only 13 minute drive to Cary as well.

Hi! Our names are Anthony and Laura and we are seeking one additional roommate for a townhome in Raleigh. The lease will be $1900 split three ways (not including utilities). Anthony is a professional dancer and Laura is a news reporter. Laura has 2 sweet and well-behaved female cats, Mischief and Opal. Our ideal roommate would be a kind, nonsmoker who enjoys staying clean and neat. We will fill a townhouse located near NCSU Centennial Campus. The two rooms each have their own bathroom but are unfurnished. The lease is flexible for move-in dates, but ideally we would move in near the end of September. The lease will be one year from move-in. All people will sign the lease. Parking is on the street out front. The neighborhood has a community pool and is right next to Lake Raleigh. The townhouse has a really nice kitchen with an attached porch, a garage, and a few extra communal spaces (like a small office and a living room space). We are very excited to be moving into this townhome! It’s really nice and we can’t wait to find the right person to move in with us!
