About the room
Two pools, a fitness room, a car wash station, and several laundry rooms in the complex. Walking distance to bus stop, Walmart, and fast food. Room on the lease for one cat if it gets along with current cat. Our apartment is on the second floor, no elevator, not easily accessible for those with mobility disabilities. I can’t take pictures of the room right now as it is currently occupied. Security deposit not required, but you’re expected to pay for or repair any damage before you leave.
About the roomies
We are two 31 year-old friends: one works full-time, the other is home all the time. We have a cat and a gecko. Would prefer no dog.
