Move in date: November 1st 2023. 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Apartment located in Torrey Highlands. High ceilings and large living area. Good size patio with sliding doors. Great safe location with a grocery store walking distance & a neighborhood park. Washer & Dryer inside the Apartment. 10-15MIN away from Del mar beach & Solana Beach. The apartment complex has a pool & jacuzzi. Room is spacious with large windows. About 10x10.

It would be 3 other females you would be sharing the apartment with. Lesbian couple in the master bedroom & other young female roomate in second bedroom. Were all responsible, chill girls in our mid 20s. All of us work mostly in the morning sometimes night shifts. We appreciate communication and keeping the space clean. We have been here for a year but one of our rommies will be moving out with her partner after this month. We are currently re-designing the apartment so it looks a bit empty rn. All of us girls are super chill & love a drama free environment. You would be sharing a bathroom with one more girl. We like to hang out in the living room, paint, cook, watch movies & smoke sometimes. So you have to be okay with smoking happening inside the Apartment. Not always but we do light up once in a while. The perfect roomie would be self aware, self motivated & cleans after herself. Mindful & considerate of others. 6 month lease. No couples.
