About the room
Hello, this apartment is located right next to Alamitos beach. It is apartment 21, and features a nice view of some of the skyscrapers. I will be moving out on the 1st of the month, and am looking for someone to fill my spot. The lease is through beachside rentals, and you will need to fill out an application through them. If you are able to move in on the first, that is fantastic. If not, I will be paying the rent through October and whenever through that month you are able to move in, we will be splitting the rent accordingly.
About the roomies
My roommate is quiet, kind, and is easy to live with. He is a male in his 30’s and any are welcome as long as you are respectful of the space.
