Dennis's room

The property is located outside of Bastrop City limits on a large private lot. Easy access to Lake Bastrop, Downtown and other local amenities. I have one room that is available at the moment. There is a shared/community bathroom located in the hallway between the living and sleeping spaces.

I am a single male, 61, recently laid off. I am renting out rooms to offset my expenses to keep my home. I keep to myself and spend a lot of time on the property and/or working. I am also a quiet individual. I prefer no pets but open to an active service animal. No smoking or vaping in the house. Also a late 30s male, works at Tesla, spends a lot of time working.
