The rent includes all utilities except for cable/internet/phone. This private unfurnished room has one window, ceiling fan, radiator heater, new carpet and paint. You will have access to two full-size shareable bathrooms, washer/dryer on-site, and the rest of the common areas. On-street parking, accessible to public transportation i.e; bus and train routes, restaurants, public park, and library.

The shareable house has three other women ranging from ages 28+. No pets and/ or children living at home. No smoking inside property. Very quiet setting and very clean house. No Drama, No Bugs!
