For the price of a single furnished room, you may have the entire second floor, 2 bedrooms, adjoining bath and office/TV lounge with an unbelievably large cherry desk. You also will have access to my kitchen and Den downstairs.

I am the only one living in the property. I recently retired and live a relatively quiet life, but have been enjoying my friends who also have recently taken early retirement. I had an accident with a very large horse and had surgery on my spine in August, so I no longer go up the upstairs like I used to, which is why I’m happy for someone else to use that beautiful space. I have a cat, so my house is not really open to accommodate other pets, and whoever takes the upstairs will not be allowed to sublease space to other people, but what you will have is an incredible space all to yourself for a ridiculously low price considering the size of the accommodation.
