The place is in Bayonne, a safe family oriented neighborhood 15 mins from Exchange Place in Jersey City. There is a costco, walmart , shoprite etc within walking distance. The building is access controlled and right by the light rail train station. It is available for Oct 1st move in for entire 12 month lease ending Sep 30 2024 only. If interested must have a credit score of 700+, this will be verified by the building during the application process. Rent is $1500 a month, deposit is $500+. Parking is available for $150. You will also need to sign a legally binding roommate agreement in addition to lease :).
