West Ashlan Avenue

Hello everyone! This is my move-in week for this new 2-bedroom apt located in Fresno, Figarden area. The apartments are called the Enclave. You would have your own private room with a shared bathroom of mine. I will have some furniture already and house essentials. The total rent is $1499, I am offering to pay $780 with your rent at $719 instead since we do share the bathroom and you would get your own parking spot if you wanted it–It’d be an extra $5 per month. I have already submitted the total deposit of $1055, so you would just be submitting the $527.50 to me. I can provide receipts as well. I take any form of payment.

This unit is pet friendly; however, I’ve already got 2 dogs (large dogs) and 1 kitten right now. They are already house broken, and I will have a doggy door for the dogs to use the restroom if we are gone throughout the day. I do not mind if you are female, male, couples will be considered (please no kids due to large dogs in the unit), etc. If a couple, I would say our rent payment would be flipped! I will have pictures as soon as I move all of my stuff in this week.

PGE and Internet is not included. I’ve got xFinity and the fastest internet connection, so the cost is around $90 in total a month. PGE varies, but I’d like to say it ranges from $50-$150 a month. I do not mine leaving the heater off during the winter to save electricity, but during the summer, I usually keep on the AC for my dogs.

I have been living on my own for over 3 years now! I am a substitute teacher for FUSD, as well as the assistant cheer coach at Fresno City College. I travel Tues/Wed to LA for a competitive cheer team as well, so there may be days where I am out of the house. My dogs are usually just left food and water and they just chill until I get back! They’re super calm at home, they may be a little excited when you come home, but they’re very well behaved. I don’t mind hosting small events and get togethers on the weekend, but can stay in and respect your need for any quietness for studying, etc. I have already graduated from school, so I do have more free time. I am open to communicating as well as separating (I also prefer that we do) all of our personal items (we can of course share condiments, dishes, etc.). I am quite busy, but I make time for as much as I can. You can even join me on a night out, and I would love to be more acquainted if that is what you prefer as well. No games, no drama.. we are all adults here and we are all aiming to live the best we can! If you are interested, please let me know!
