About the room
The house is located in new Tampa near the aquarium, USF. and island of adventures. The neighborhood is quiet with an Islamic temple 5 min away. I moved in this new construction on December 1, 2022, and after staying here for a couple months, I notice the house was a little to big for me. I prefer one guest per room but will except couples for an additional charge. The bonus room would also be additional charge that can be discussed later.
About the roomies
I am a 48 year old woman that travel for work. There is only one person currently living on the main floor.
