Lydia's room

I am renting out 1 bedroom with a shared bathroom, kitchen and laundry room in a 4 bedroom house. The formal dinning and living room will be for the renter. All utilities are included which are: Wifi, electric, and water. All amenities which include: microwave, stove, fridge, dishwasher, and washer/dyer are available for use. It is in a quiet area near UCF, East Valencia and waterford lake shopping center. Small dogs are welcome but this is a cat home, the number of cats will vary as I foster kittens/cats. If you are allergic to cats this not the place for you.

I am a live event specialist and fosters baby kittens/cats and have 4 of my own.
