Not furnished. 🌊 Your 17’x12’ part of the walk-out attached balcony has a breathtaking view that overlooks all of SoCal and pours vivid colors in with every California sunset. 🌅 Enjoy the lights on the Coronado bridge and TJ in one panorama every night. During the holidays, catch a multi city fireworks show.

BATHROOM 🫧 Jack and Jill bathroom shared with one person. Your own personal vanity. Water closet, jacuzzi bath, and walk-in shower.

PETS 🐈‍⬛ Cat friendly (up to 2), dog friendly (up to 1). Additional pets may be considered with an adjusted monthly rent. 🐕‍🦺 They must live in your room but welcome to come out if supervised. All males must be neutered.

EXTRAS ⛵ Garage parking for bikes. Shared washer + dryer in garage. Downstairs balcony has a squat rack, bench, and weight set. 🏋️‍♂️ Smoking outdoors only. Relaxed but respectful guest policy. Common home rules.
