Seeking a roommate for a newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment in Fairview. Rent is $880 per person (includes washer/dryer, pest, trash, and base rent); utilities (internet, water, electric) not included– will be split evenly each month. The apartment is on the third floor, the complex has no elevator, only stairs. Amenities include parking, balcony access, extra storage, spacious common area with working fireplace, granite countertops in kitchen, stove, refrigerator, oven, and freezer already in-unit. Room (pictured) is unfurnished, comes with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. Property is safe, peaceful, and has on-site outdoor pool and 24-hour gym. Residents are friendly and we have access to adjacent trail in the woods bordering the complex. This is a beautiful and peaceful apartment which is perfect for someone who is looking to live closer to nature while still being mere minutes from downtown.

I am a single woman (age 26) who works full time M-F. I love to get outside, be creative, and spend time with my friends playing Dungeons and Dragons. I work in mental health care, have a pet axolotl named Henry, and love all things sharks. Due to my quite bad allergies, I cannot live with dogs or cats (or anything that sheds) at this time, and I need to keep my living spaces extremely clean to avoid dust. Due to my allergies I am also not 420 friendly and am nonsmoking, and would need a roommate who is the same. I am looking for a roommate who is also female, in a similar age range to me, and has a similar work schedule. Ideally, they would not have any pets, although I am open to non-shedding pets depending on what they are. I am definitely looking for someone with whom I can have a friendly and fun roommate experience– I love to chat and would like to find someone who does as well. I am also fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and am looking for a roommate who is as well.
