Marlene's room

Hello. I am looking to rent a small room in a 2 story house. The room is furnished. There is a private bathroom for you to use, and there is a powder room. The dining room and kitchen are shared, not the TV room. There is an enclosed backyard and an open front yard. There is a parking lot, but you will have to use the guest spots as there is there is only one dedicated spot.

No loud music. No drinking or smoking or parties. No overnight guests unless pre-approved.

I am a woman in her 70s. I have a small poodle who is very friendly. I speak mostly Spanish but also English. I enjoy conversation and I like to eat meals together.
