Roommate #2: Matt(30y) works as a mechanical engineer. He spends 2 days WFH and 3 days at the office. Matt spends most of his time working out and gaming on his PC. Neither one of us has kids or pets. No smoking household.

The interior of the home is currently being remodel. Fresh paint job from ceiling to the molding is being worked on and flooring will be installed by October 1st.
