Andrew's room

Hello Everyone, My name is Andrew and I currently have a private bedroom in a 4-bedroom apartment at Sol at West Village. I am currently looking for someone to sign the lease over to which ends at the beginning of August, next year. The rent is $1099/month with utilities included. There is an additional parking fee if you have a vehicle you wish to use, and a $13/month renter’s insurance fee tacked onto the rent.
It is a very nice, well-maintained room and everything throughout the apartment is in good working order. I look forward to hearing from!

There are two other students residing in the 4-bedroom apartment. They are both quiet and respectful.
