Tenants will have access to kitchen to cook and eat. Tenants are also able to store food in fridge and freezer. There is parking located across from house. Looking for a tenant with stable income preferably a long term tenant. Show proof of income and employment. Please have a clean background.

No smoking or drug usage. Social Drinking is ok but no alcoholics.
