Looking for a roommate to take the place of my current roommate moving out Oct. 15. He’s ditching me to move in with his newish girlfriend. Pretty dumb and a big mistake if you ask me.

Totally kidding. I’m excited for him. In all seriousness I’m just looking for a roommate that’s responsible and easy to get along with. The master bedroom on the top floor is what’s available. Has its own large bathroom and closet. Shared spaces include everything (living room, kitchen, balcony, roof top deck) except for my room on the bottom floor. There is a third room to use as an office if needed.

Location is pretty great in my opinion. Very manageable walking distance to great bars, restaurants, shops, groceries, and public transit options.

I’m a 33 yo male. Super easy going and very clean. I work in the fire service so I’m gone 24-28 hours at a time for 9-10 days a month. When I’m not working I do spend a good deal of time at home or getting out with my dog. Which brings me to my next topic. My 3 yo 30 lb. dog will also be living here. He’s well behaved, hypoallergenic (hardly sheds), and super friendly. Photo included in the listing.
