In addition to a very large private bedroom, you’ll also get a private half bath, a walk-in closet, and a private living room area. The space that you see in the pictures is the private space. The only common rooms on the second floor include the kitchen and shower, they’ve also been recently updated. You have private access to the unit from the back entrance. The laundry is free and located in the basement. All utilities (including wifi) are included except for electricity which we split. We are located within 2 min walking distance from the Milwaukee, Pulaski, and Belmont bus stops. Also, we are a 15-minute walk to the Belmont Blue Line stop or a 5-minute bus ride. The neighborhood is currently evolving with wonderful new restaurants, bars, and coffee shops opening up within walking distance. It ranked no. 16 in Time Out’s list of coolest neighborhoods in the world! We are looking for an October 1st lease start date.

My sister and I (plus our dog - a small loving shorkie) are looking for a sublet to move into the private space above our unit. The both of us are quiet and like to keep to ourselves.
