Karen's room

The property is gorgeous! Black + white exterior, 2-car connected garage, garage & in-home storage space, white granite countertops, industrial stainless steel sink & appliances for kitchen. Three stories with a large balcony. 2 rooms, 2.5 baths. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms. 5min walk from Tempe Town Lake entrance, 15min walk (5min drive) from Mill Ave. Truly my favorite place I’ve ever lived!

It will just be me and my girl cat Gus. Currently training for a marathon, avid chef, a regular at my fav local (walkable) spots, and an extrovert. I work from 2 days a week, otherwise at the office & almost always out of the house after 5pm for runs, volunteering, and social activities!
