Hardwood floors. There are also vaulted ceilings and a fireplace in the living room, ready for when winter hits. Close to Target, Ralph’s and Trader Joe’s, LMU and Otis. 5 mins away from LAX. Close to 405/105. Walking distance to bus/metro lines. Tandem Parking available in the garage. Utilities and internet/wifi not included. Laundry room on site. Be ready to show proof of income with 3X the rent and credit will be ran by manager.

Living room is furnished but currently no couches so if you have some - it’s welcomed. If not, I have no problem getting furniture. The room photos were from when it was unoccupied. :) No smoking/420 inside the house., outside is fine. Unfortunately, no pets allowed in the building :( no couples, prefer single female.

I am currently working from home. I’m super chill, quiet and easy to get a long with. I go to the beach quite often so hoping for the same vibe. It’s a pretty quiet neighborhood overall.
