Hola! Looking for someone to take over my room for 3-5 months max Ill be back August/September. Luxury apartment located in south east charlotte near airport. Bed is on frame now need to edit picture. It’s furnished with my mattress, new mini fridge, some dishes, night stand, and roku tv. I’m taking on a part time nanny gig in South Carolina and plan to come back to start school in fall. End of March beginning of April you could be in. Must have clear criminal record and meet current roommates for clearance. You’ll sign roommate agreement and then you’re in 🎉 Will share and clean bathroom with one roommate (Syed). Electric and internet not included in price. We split electric and internet in 3rds which are due later in the month. Will clean carpet before move in.

We share a trash can with vallet pick up Thurs-Sat or can take to trash with recycling. Shared cost on trash bags paper towels and dish soap ect. We split internet and electric three ways.
