Wendy's room

My husband and I are looking to rent the front room and bathroom of our 4 bedroom/ 3 bathroom 2400 square foot home. You will have shared access to the kitchen/laundry and yard. We prefer a 6 month agreement. We are close to Carson City, Virginia City and USA Parkway. We are just down the street from the Carson River and Riverview Elementary school. We are open to renting to any age, gender or a couple. As long as you have steady income and are not the party type. We are also in need of help in maintaining the house and yard, so rent may be lessened if you are helpful. Please do not hesitate to contact us. We are both disabled and the house is too much for just my husband and I, but due to current rates, downsizing is impossible. Our grandkids, ages 9 and 11 occasionally stay the night. We have 2 large labradoodles and a cat that stays in the back of the house. That is why I marked cat and dog friendly. If you have pets, we can discuss if this will be a fit. We are non-smokers and non-drinkers. We are in our 50s and are pretty quiet.
