The room is great for someone new to NYC and wanting to discover the neighborhood, or someone looking for a crash pad, or anyone who needs a home haven.

Close to both the L train Lorimer Stop (7 min walk) and JMZ Marcy Ave Stop (5 min walk). 15 mins to Union Sq and 10 mins to the Lower East Side. Laundry is close by. Supermarket is 1 block away.

Recently Gut Renovated with Hardwood Flooring. Central Heat. Bedroom Has a Closet and a Window. Large living room is a common area. Kitchen equipped with Stainless Steel Appliances: Dishwasher, Fridge, Gas Stove, and Granite countertops. Slate tiled bathroom.

Room is furnished with a full-sized mattress with bed frame and dresser. There is a small closet as well. A window unit air conditioner will be provided. The large TV is available if you have the cables to connect your laptop. Rooftop and backyard access.

Non smokers only, but you may smoke in the backyard or outside in front of the apartment.

Other things to note One dog is present but no other pets are allowed.

Roommates: 2 males. I currently am in-between jobs so am home mostly, but keep busy and am active. The other roommate is never home. He works nights and you will think he is a ghost. We’re both clean, friendly, sharing, and respectful. References available.
