Hi! My roommate Rose and I are looking for 2 people to move in to the lovely house that we are currently living in located in East Denver. Rent is $800 w/utilities.

The house is about 20 min drive to downtown, DU, and Anzutchez medical campus. Super peaceful and quiet neighborhood!!

Lot’s of shops in the area as well! We currently aren’t allowing any pets and no smoking of any kind inside the property. We are looking for young working professionals, who are clean and respectful to fill the space.

I work for a company in downtown Denver, but I do work from home most of the time. I enjoy all the Colorado things. And always look forward to the snowboarding season!

Rose is a 6th grade science teacher. She loves to bake. As a roommate she is extremely clean and nice. Keeps to herself or is social if we are in the common area
