On the 1st floor, the master suite is semiprivate with a private bathroom. The suite has a built in 65“ 4K Tv mounted over an oversized electric fireplace. An executive sized designer desk and a small refrigerator is provided as well. All rooms feature designer ceiling fans and designer lighting. An adjacent hallway connects the 1st floor suite to the home’s front door, garage, and patio entrances. On the 2nd floor, the space opens up to a gorgeous living room/eat-in kitchen combination. The open floorplan blends seamlessly with the home’s decor. Custom designer lighting and furnishings adorn this space. At centerstage, residents will enjoy a cozy fireplace presented under massive 75“ 4K TV entertainment center. Every artistic element in this space is sure to draw the eye in every direction. The kitchen features all new appliances, including refrigerator, dishwasher, gas range, and microwave. Each tenant room has its own assigned set of dishes and utensils. Another primary suite and smaller bedroom are located on the second floor. This primary suite is available for $1850/month. The room features a 65“ 4K Tv and soundbar, designer furniture, including a premium king size bed with a hybrid gel-cooled mattress, a cozy workspace, and a 6 ft wide custom electric fireplace. The room’s on-suite has dual sinks, a large bathtub, and a separate shower. Finally, our junior suite is available for $1400/month. This designer room features a full-size bed and 2 nightstands. A 43“ 4K Tv is mounted over a cozy electric fireplace. A charming small office is located to the right of the fireplace. Hotel quality bedroom and bathroom linen are provided for each room. In addition, each bedroom has a keyed entry for everyone’s privacy. The large capacity washer/dryer are brand-new and are located on the second floor. All residents are pre-screened. A credit and background check are required. The property has 2 garages and a carport for your convenience. Also available to guests is a newly completed community pool, jacuzzi, and clubhouse. A housekeeping service will be provided once per month to deep clean common areas only. Bedrooms and bathrooms can be cleaned by request.
