We’re two male Princeton SWEs in our early twenties looking for a third roommate to join us ASAP in our apartment near 17th & Valencia St. We work hybrid, we’re tidy, and we enjoy a good hike on the weekends. Rent is $1570 month-to-month for a 11’ x 10’ bedroom that includes the pictured corner desk. The place is right next to the best restaurants on Valencia St and all the action near Dolores Park. The nearest BART station is conveniently only a block away.

Rent does not include utilities, and we require a refundable security deposit of $1570.
